We are recruiting – Small Works Supervisor/Manager
Come & join our experienced ‘family’ team & enjoy a valued role in delivering projects to our established client base.
The successful applicant will be office based in Romsey working on extension, alteration & refurbishment schemes of up to £250K with project durations of 1 to 6 months, primarily in the Hampshire area.
You will work as part of a team under the direction of the directors to deliver projects on time, to the high standard we expect & ensure customer satisfaction.
Summary of Requirements
- SMSTS qualified
- First Aid Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness
- CSCS
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Effective time management
- Good communicator
- Good problem solving
- Ideally a trade based background
