Mike has thirty years experience in the industry as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director and is an incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building. He has a broad range of skills and experience and has delivered projects in the commercial, public and private sectors by both traditional and partnering arrangements. Mike offers all of our clients the confidence that his commercial abilities bring to projects pre and post contract.
Colin Andrews – Consultant
Colin Andrews has over 40 years experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager. He is a Chartered Construction Manager and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building – an industry recognised organisation. He has a broad range of skills and experience and has delivered projects in the commercial, public and private sectors by both traditional and partnering arrangements. Colin has championed framework arrangements with Hampshire County Council and has guided RV Dart & Son (Builders) Ltd through three consecutive frameworks over the past eight years with them.
