We are recruiting – Site Manager position

Come & join our experienced ‘family’ team & enjoy a valued role in delivering projects to our established client base.

The successful applicant will be site-based working on extension, alteration & refurbishment schemes of up to £2M with project durations of 3 months to 2 years, primarily in the Hampshire area.

You will work as part of a team under the direction of the Contracts Manager to deliver projects on time, to the high standard we expect & ensure customer satisfaction.

Summary of Requirements

SMSTS qualified

Trade based qualifications

First Aid Certificate

Asbestos Awareness

CSCS

Minimum 15 year Site Manager experience

Effective time management

Good communicator

Good problem solving

A good package awaits the successful applicant

RV Dart has recently completed The University Of Winchester Business School Project to form a new Islamic Prayer Room.

The works consisted of converting the existing kitchen, office space & toilet area into new reception, consultation room, accessible toilet, and prayer room with wash facilities. This included new floor finishes wall decorations, installation of new ceilings, structural alterations & extensive mechanical & electrical works.

We are delighted to have collaboratively worked with the University of Winchester & Kendal Kingscott to deliver this successful scheme.
