RV Dart are excited and honoured to have been successful with their tender and appointment to deliver the provision of a new home from home facility in Southampton on behalf of CLIC Sargent , a national young persons cancer charity.
The facility will provide a seven bedroom stay over for families visiting their children in the local hospital whilst they are undergoing treatment.
The building is a conversion of a former Bed & Breakfast called Brunswick Lodge and is due to be opened in the late summer.
Colin, Darren & Gary from RV Dart look forward to working closely with CLIC Sargent and their consultants on this commendable scheme.
Please note that it is World Cancer Day on the 4th February and as a sign of our support all our site staff will be wearing the wristbands especially produced by the client to mark the occasion.
RV Dart are pleased to announce that they have been successful in tendering on Milner Hall, St Peter’s RC Church, Winchester. The project consists of the refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed ecclesiastical hall in Winchester. The Architects on this scheme is 
RV Dart have been appointed to carry out a complete refurbishment to The Deanery, Winchester Cathedral. The photo shows a temporary roof over the existing building. The scaffold access is in place to create a new internal staircase.
Hampshire County Council Minor Framework LOTS 1 and 2
RV Dart are proud to be the main contractor on the Winton Chapel, University of Winchester. The project won a design award at the RIBA South Awards 2017. The project included an extension and the refurbishment of the Victorian Chapel and was completed over eighteen months. The value of the project was circa £1.3M. RV Dart completed the refurbishment of St Joseph’s Church, Romsey for St Swithun Wells Parish in Romsey. The project included new heating, lighting and an assisted WC.
