RV Dart completed the refurbishment of St Joseph’s Church, Romsey for St Swithun Wells Parish in Romsey. The project included new heating, lighting and an assisted WC.

The project was completed on March 17th 2017.

Outrun cost:  £55k

Winchester Cathedral – The Deanery

RV Dart are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Phase 1 refurbishment of The Deanery, Winchester Cathedral (Grade 1 Listed Building). Works are due to commence on 24th April with a 43 week contract period.

E2 Court South, Winchester – Toilet and Kitchen Refurbishments

Refurbishment Works at Winchester Offices – Kitchens and Toilets for the Hampshire County Council.

RV Dart have now completed eight toilet refurbishments and  eight new kitchens refurbishments (working floor by floor) on this listed building framework project on behalf of Hampshire County Council. The project is due for completion in early May.

Romsey Methodist Church

Romsey Methodist Church

This project at The Romsey Methodist Church consisted of two phases.  The first phase RV Dart completed last year. The job consisted of the refurbishment of the church and was completed in 2015.  The second phase of the project was for the refurbishment of the church hall. This phase of the job was completed in early 2017.

The contract administrator was Stone Ecclesiastical.  The contract was a JCT Minor Works with contractor design and both phases of the work had a build value of £120K.    

 

Chaddisbrook House

RV Dart completed an extension, alterations and refurbishment to form a new Cafe facility. The extension to ‘Discoveries’ Charity Shop and formation of offices and counselling rooms to St Peter’s Church, Reading Rd. Yateley.  We were on site with this project for 35 weeks and the approximate build value was £800K.

Shakespeare Junior School

The job was a fast track summer holiday project at the Shakespeare Junior School, Eastleigh. This was a demolition of an existing covered external space between two buildings. The project then consisted of the formation of a new extension to link the two buildings, providing a new entrance, lobby, reception, medical room and teaching / circulation space.  The first two images at the top are taken of the old covered external space.  The lower two photographs show the completed new works.shakespear2shakespeare-school1

Strength and Conditioning Lab

RV Dart completed the strength and conditioning lab. This was part of a refurbishment this summer at the Centre for Sport at the University of Winchester.
