RV Dart are pleased to announce that they have been successful in tendering on Milner Hall, St Peter’s RC Church, Winchester. The project consists of the refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed ecclesiastical hall in Winchester. The Architects on this scheme is Masser Architects in Cheriton.
RV Dart has also been appointed as the main contractor by Snug Architects in Southampton for the modernisation of the Simeon Room at Christchurch, Winchester.

RV Dart have been appointed to carry out a complete refurbishment to The Deanery, Winchester Cathedral. The photo shows a temporary roof over the existing building. The scaffold access is in place to create a new internal staircase.

Hampshire County Council Minor Framework LOTS 1 and 2‘’RV Dart have been successful in their tender to be on the Hampshire Building Minor Framework Lots 1 & 2 which will go live in Autumn 2017.

RV Dart are proud to be the main contractor on the Winton Chapel, University of Winchester. The project won a design award at the RIBA South Awards 2017. The project included an extension and the refurbishment of the Victorian Chapel and was completed over eighteen months. The value of the project was circa £1.3M. RV Dart completed the Winton Chapel renovation and extension. The architects, Design Engine have been shortlisted for the 2017 RIBA South Awards. (Click link on RIBA Awards to view). The work on this Victorian Chapel commemorates the University’s 175th Anniversary.

RV Dart completed the refurbishment of St Joseph’s Church, Romsey for St Swithun Wells Parish in Romsey. The project included new heating, lighting and an assisted WC.
The project was completed on March 17th 2017.

RV Dart are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Phase 1 refurbishment of The Deanery, Winchester Cathedral (Grade 1 Listed Building). Works are due to commence on 24th April with a 43 week contract period.
